Drumming Circle: Healing Rhythms
Date: March 19-April 30 (Mondays) | 2:30-3:30 PM
Drumming is a powerful means of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual awareness. The sound vibrations produced by the drum resonate with our body, mind, and spirit, causing these systems to resonate in response. This synchronicity can have powerful results in producing joy, releasing chronic pain, opening one's heart and many other healing benefits. No experience with drumming is required. Come with a child's mind and an inquisitive nature, knowing that all our energies contribute to the whole.

The Chime Choir meets September through May at 9:30 – 11 am on every Thursday at FiftyNorth. Under the direction of Marilyn Finneseth, the choir makes beautiful music with three octaves of chime notes. Each member of the choir usually plays two chime notes. By counting the rhythms and then playing notes at the appropriate time, those individual notes are magically turned into soothing and inspiring songs. If you have ever played a musical instrument or would like to learn, come try it out.
