~FITNESS IS AGELESS~

Unique, fun and personably sized, our Wellness Center is much more than a fitness center for active older adults of 50 and older. This is where we take charge of richer and healthier lives. It is where we relax and invigorate. It is where we make friends and are a part of something special.

Warm Water Pool - Featuring a warm water pool, we offer an excellent selection of aqua fitness classes as Poolwell as open swimming, aqua-fitness consultations, and a whirlpool spa for just relaxing. Our locker rooms are furnished with radiant floor heating to make the transition from pool to showers a pleasant one.

Fitness Center - Our fully equipped fitness center features a wide selection of cardio-vascular equipment, traditional strength equipment, free weights and a new functional trainer. Orientations are available to explain how to use the fitness equipment.  Our certified, skilled and reliable Personal Fitness Trainers are available for your personal fitness development and enrichment.Fitness

Programs & Classes - The Wellness Center is a popular place for individual workouts.  We offer a full line of fun and interesting fitness classes designed for active older adults, as well as health-related lecture series, clubs and additional wellness activities.  A number of special events are sponsored throughout the year.

Staff - The Wellness Program is led by Gale Marchand and Kitty Runzheimer, both well trained, certified Personal Trainers & Fitness Instructors. Additional instructors as well as a large group of volunteers play a very important part in operating the center.

Safety - The Wellness Center is equipped with an AED/Defibrillator & first aid supplies, CPR training is offered to staff, instructors and volunteers, and volunteers monitor the pool during open swim times.
