Fitness Center

Fitness Center – offers everything you need for a complete workout whether you are a beginner or an athlete.  There are machines that enhance cardiovascular exercise and machines, free weights and other tools that enhance strength, balance, agility and flexibility.  All memberships include a free Fitness Center Orientation, with instruction on the correct and safe use of equipment.

Fitness Collaboration

These classes at the Senior Center are in collaboration with the North eld Arts Guild. Registration is through the Arts Guild.

On-Going Fitness Classes

A wide variety of almost 50 fitness classes are available each week, in water aerobics, yoga, pilates, balance, Tai Chi, Zumba, circuit training, dance, core conditioning, chair adaptive classes, Silver Sneakers, strength training and more. Adults may drop-in on any of these classes without pre-registration. Drop-in fees vary depending on level of membership.   Classes are held in the pool, Fitness Center, or newly remodeled Fitness Studio, complete with sprung wood floor.
