 On-Going Fitness Classes

A wide variety of 50 plus fitness classes are available each week, in water aerobics, yoga, pilates, balance, Tai Chi, Zumba, circuit training, dance, core conditioning, chair adaptive classes, Silver Sneakers, strength training and more. Adults may drop-in on any of these classes without pre-registration. Drop-in fees vary depending on the level of membership.   Classes are held in the pool, Fitness Center, or newly remodeled Fitness Studio, complete with the sprung wood floor.

Meditation Class

Date: May4-25 (Fridays)  | 1:30-2:30 PM

This mediation class will be more practice and less lecture.  We will discuss:
1. Why mediate
2. How to sit in a chair to get maximum out of your mediation
3.  Mindfulness of all senses
4.  We will practice and then discuss our meditation in a group.  

Free Weight Class

Learn to use Free Weights effectively and safely with a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Kyle Nelson. Kyle will show you various exercises for your entire body by just using free weights. Kyle will help adapt the exercises to individual’s needs.

IT Class

Date: April 6 – Ongoing (Fridays) | 9:30-10:15am

IT stands for Interval Training. Interval training can be described as an exercise session composed of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high to moderate intensity exercises separated by medium to low intensity exercises for recovery then a cool down period. IT Class promises to give you a great calorie burning workout.
